The programme begins by helping you identify and correct dysfunctional breathing patterns. Many people breathe in ways that keep them stuck in a low-grade stress response.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE COURSE

How This Works

Josh starts with the biomechanics of breathing, posture, awareness, and breath control and then introduces the biochemistry of breath to help regulate oxygen and carbon dioxide balance in the body.

As you progress, you’ll build the internal awareness to influence your physical and mental state through the breath. With practice, the breath becomes a reliable tool to relax, to focus, and to find calm in the chaos.

This is about more than technique. It is about creating space in your life to move forward with purpose.
